Hand Painted Paper was designed in one of the most competitive interior design markets in the country, Southern California. Our Founder, Michael Rogers developed our program out of a need to separate himself from the massive competition in the California Market.
In 1997 Michael discovered a totally unique formula for success with taken wallcovering to the next level. Soon design professionals from coast to coast agreed by using his wallcovering to distinguish themselves and their clients from the norm. Over the years Hand Painted Paper has gained respect in the wallcovering industry with the creation of new and progressive designs. Today, with more and more home owners and designers requesting this extraordinary Wallcovering, Michael realized he had designed a Golden Opportunity for others who wanted to grow and prosper.
Michael is also a skilled instructor of decorative finishes with students from across the country and abroad. In 2005 he was “selected” to be one of twenty certified national instructors to help launch the decorative concrete product SkimStone™.
